“If you’re visiting Ulcinj, make sure to stop by Dulcinea Restaurant it’s truly one of the best dining experiences on the Montenegrin coast! From the moment you arrive, the friendly staff and relaxed seaside atmosphere make you feel completely at ease. We visited in October, sat outside and picked the best seat in the house and the staff brought us blankets in case we got cold. The view over the Adriatic is absolutely stunning even at night. The seafood here is simply exceptional.we had fish soup and mussels to start. We were recommended the fish of the day and it did not disappoint. The fish was perfectly cooked, flaky and tender the potatoes and homemade bread, and grilled vegetables which were all delicious. The service was top-notch, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming and great recommendations for the rest of our stay. A true coastal gem that deserves every one of its five stars!
